Join our team as an
Information Security Manager
and play a key role in safeguarding our products, infrastructure, and customers worldwide. We're looking for a collaborative person who combines security expertise with strong organizational skills and a passion for guiding teams toward excellence.
This is a
strategic and hands-on role
where you'll help shape our security posture and ensure compliance with global standards. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the company, making a real impact on how we protect data and build trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Develop and maintain our risk framework, including lifecycle management and DPIAs.
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulations and standards.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Own Documentation & Processes
- Review and publish security policies and standards.
- Manage vendor security and privacy requirements.
- Champion data security and privacy initiatives.
- Drive Resilience & Business Continuity
- Maintain and improve our business continuity program.
- Organize incident responses and tabletop exercises.
- Conduct business impact analysis and present findings to leadership.
- Engage & Educate
- Assist commercial and legal departments in evaluating customer security and privacy requirements.
- Organize training and mentor colleagues to raise security awareness.
Skills & Competencies:
- 5+ years' experience
in Information Security and GRC. - Bachelor's degree
in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or IT. - Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, NIS2, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience leading audits and managing security programs.
- English speaking and writing is a must.
