Som Training Coordinator vil du ha ansvar for rekruttering av lærlinger, operatører og formenn, i tillegg til kompetansekartlegging og kursadministrasjon. Som Training Coordinator vil du være en viktig ressurs for å videreutvikle og opprettholde kurskompetanse i bedriften.


Andre ansvarsområder inkluderer blant annet:

  • Strategisk arbeid for å heve kompetansenivå hos operatører og formenn
  • Rekruttering og employer branding for å sikre nye ansettelser ihht. selskapets behov
  • Planlegge, organisere og koordinere kurs, samt bestilling av reise
  • Sikre at personell innehar gyldige sertifikat av obligatorisk kompetanse samt registrering i ProPeople
  • Tett samarbeid med fagansvarlige/kursinstruktører vedr. organisering og utsendelse av kursbevis
  • Salg av kurs til eksterne leverandører
  • Organisere og delta på jobb- og utdanningsmesser, karrieredager, skolebesøk o.l.
