Som vår Line of Business (LoB) Fincance Director vil du få muligheten til å jobbe både strategisk og operasjonelt med ulike SAP-løsninger og prosjekter. Du har solid SAP-konsulenterfaring og har gjerne erfaring med å lede medarbeidere, enten i prosjekter eller som personalleder i linjen. Du vil dessuten spille en nøkkelrolle i vår organisasjon. I vår ledergruppe vil du være en sentral bidragsyter i implementeringen av vår strategi. Med din erfaring vil du naturlig coache og løfte vårt dedikerte finansteam, samtidig som du fungerer som seniorrådgiver og konsulent ute hos våre kunder. Høres dette interesant ut? Sentrale oppgaver som Director of Finance:

• Coache og utvikle medarbeidere i vårt finansteam.

• Inneha en kombinert rolle der du ivaretar teamets trivsel, samtidig som du fungerer som seniorrådgiver og konsulent ute hos våre kunder.

• Sikre regelmessig oppfølging av teamet ditt i nært samarbeid med Head of Consulting, og med sterk støtte fra lokale og nordiske HR-funksjoner.

• Planlegge, organisere og følge opp teamets kompetanseutvikling og prestasjoner, inkludert vedlikehold av en oppdatert allokering/ressursplan.

• Være en sterk bidragsyter inn i ditt finansteam, og sørge for vi leverer gode resultater, takket være ditt engasjement og interesse for ansatte og kundeprosjekter.

• Drive LoB-relaterte salgsaktiviteter, i nært samarbeid med vårt salgsteam.

• Forbedre og bidra inn i NTT DATA Business Solutions strategiske initiativer, og sikre at vi når våre strategiske ambisjoner.

• Støtte den overordnede ledergruppen i ovennevnte ansvarsområder.

For å blomstre i rollen som Director of Finance, er det ønskelig at du har:

• Erfaring med flere SAP ERP-implementeringer og forbedringsprosjekter.

• Kompetanse på kartlegging av økonomiske prosesser.

• Kunnskap om løsningsarkitektur og prosessintegrasjoner.

• Evne til å utføre praktisk systemkonfigurasjon.

• Erfaring med forhåndssalg av SAP-løsninger i finansdomenet.

• Erfaring med å organisere og gjennomføre kunderelaterte workshops.

• Ledererfaring og et genuint engasjement for folk, med en ambisjon om å utvikle ditt lederskap i harmoni med teamet og øvrig organisasjon.
