ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Cluster Director of Sales, you will lead,mentor, and oversee the sales team operating in Oslo and Bergen. Your primarygoal will be to ensure robust commercial performance across corporatetransient, meetings & events, governmental business, and air crew segmentsfor some of our largest hotels in these vibrant locations.
In this key position, you will take charge ofgenerating business for your team's assigned accounts, including managing yourown client portfolio. Your role involves a deep understanding of the uniqueneeds of each hotel within your area, enabling you to craft and implement atailored sales strategy. Acting as a crucial liaison, you will support internalstakeholders and collaborate with key revenue generation functions,contributing to the overall commercial strategy of the company.
The position is based in Oslo.
