Porsche Norway is a fully-fledged subsidiary of Porsche AG, located in Ryen, Oslo, with 33 employees forming a dynamic and cohesive group with a passion for Porsche. We are currently looking for someone to fill the position as “Specialist Retail Development”. 

Coordination of projects aimed at improving dealers’ retail performance with a focus on Sales & Marketing.  Coordination of the Local Market Exploitation (LME) project in the dealer network. Setting-up roll-out plans, incl. budgets, coordination with headquarters, external agency selection and training.  Definition of indicated actions and KPI’s through dealers' off/on-site analysis.  Coaching of Porsche Center Management, Sales managers of the dealers. Coordination of the annual dealer Business Plan and Performance Bonus target setting process, negotiations, signing and follow up in close cooperation with other departments. Administration of the Dealer financial reporting project (KPI/IRIS), monthly analysis of dealers’ performance, reporting, ensuring timely and high-quality data submission by dealers.  Supporting the analyzation of the operational performance of the dealers. Conduction of the various external surveys of the dealer network, coordination with Headquarter.  Implementation of the obligatory Business Development related compliance projects. Participation in other projects in the area of retail/network/business development. Participation in cross-functional projects from the Business Development side (e.g. digital sales, retail IT, other). Support Business Development Director with daily tasks. 

QualificationsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics/Business or equivalent education. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within car industry or consulting. Understanding of car market and experience in the automotive or mobility industry. Knowledge of the Norwegian (Scandinavian) market is preferred. Advanced and proven knowledge of project management.  Structured, problem solving and highly motivated.  Team oriented and independent pro-active working attitude. Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural. environment.  Excellent Norwegian and English skills; German skills are advantageous. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
