Role DescriptionAs a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as we provide fully paid training to equip you with the necessary skills. Your daily duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements- A valid European Union passport or a valid EU ID.
- Fluency in Norwegian.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
