Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions promptly.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide accurate and meaningful support.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Experience in a customer support or service role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
  • Motivated and proactive, with a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is an advantage.
