Follow-up customer complaints, communicate with customers and partners, and facilitate complaint resolution. Ensure response deadlines comply with the Norwegian Public Administration Act. Planning and execution of Internal audits of partners. Handling non-conformities and improvement opportunities, including facilitating, and driving process improvements. Monitor news and updates from external scheme stakeholders (Regulators, Authorities, Accreditation Bodies, IAF, EA, CEOC etc). Involvement in update and maintenance of the quality management system. Perform training when needed. Communication with, and reporting to accreditation bodies, competent authorities, and regulators. Participation and support in external audit management. Primary responsibility for communication with UKAS and MHRA for UK approval.Personal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively, especially under tight deadlines. Ability to be structured and organised. High attention to detail. Proven experience working independently, with a strong initiative in planning and prioritising workloads. A collaborative and appreciative approach to teamwork.Position Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree. Strong expertise in the Norwegian Public Administration Act and the Norwegian Freedom of Information Act. A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
