Job Title: Quality Coordinator

At Signs for Success Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a dedicated business line within our organization, we are committed to delivering fully integrated real estate, facilities, and technology solutions for data center owners, occupiers, and investors worldwide.

The successful candidate will support the site management on all Quality-related tasks and ensure the delivery of our Company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy, policy, and process for our Data Center in Oslo. This role requires the coordination of local in-country implementations of QHSE initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, adherence to related statutory duties, and the furthering of best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the local point of contact for all Q(HSE) topics on-site.
  • Implement, manage, and review the QHSE Plan for selected tasks on site in conjunction with the Site Management and our country-wide QHSE Director.
  • Provide guidance and practical expertise on Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, ensuring day-to-day support and guidance to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure compliance through QHSE Management System Audits.
  • Lead and support initiatives and best practices activities in all areas of QHSE Management.
  • Promote and maintain the values of the Company at all times.
  • Ensure the achievement of agreed functional standards and service level agreements.
  • Compile and maintain reporting and performance monitoring and analysis and review against established metrics and standards.
  • Support the achievement of good industry practice, business competitiveness, and the development of a 'learning' company.
  • Support effective business communication through advice, review, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forms, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications, as appropriate.
  • Assist as necessary with reviews of existing Policies, Procedures, Risk Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work, including an appraisal of how these are implemented in the workplace.
  • Bring to the attention of the QHSE Director any hazards or risks not addressed in the Company Safety Policy.
  • Follow the required emergency prevention.
Requirements:
  • Academical qualification with focus on Quality Management or QHSE preferred.
  • Relevant experience in operational Quality Management.
  • Business fluency in both local language and English.
  • Experience of working within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in critical environments would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerate with a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Ability to problem solve, interpret complex issues, and motivate others to work to the best of their ability is essential.
  • Ability to act as a team player.
  • High level of energy, self-starter, confident, and stable manner, able to prioritize and work on a range of activities within a high-pressure environment.
