We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at SLB and Aker Carbon Capture Joint Venture. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our construction and fabrication activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Develop methods, work processes, procedures, and requirements for construction and fabrication quality management.
- Be responsible for the quality management of our construction and fabrication activities, subcontracts, and agreements.
- Interact with our engineering and supply chain disciplines to ensure quality standards are met.
- Define and follow-up product, project, and subcontractor quality requirements according to codes and standards used for fabrication and construction of products and project deliveries.
- Perform reviews, examinations, audits, and inspections of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Develop cost-effective inspection strategies, including strategic partnering.
- Implement and follow-up quality KPIs and targets.
- Establish a system for quality assurance for projects and products.
- Strong HSSE mindset.
- Commercial mindset.
- IWE or IWI certification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with NDT and relevant standards.
- Preferably experience with CE marking.
- Experience from quality management from construction or fabrication activities, as well as developing and maintaining quality management systems.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with codes and standards such as PED, European Machine Directive, EN1090, EN/ISO 3834, ISO 13480.
- Multidisciplinary understanding with an analytic mind and strong communication skills.
- Experience from land-based industry and projects and follow-up of deliveries.
- Innovative mindset who challenges the status quo to see opportunities to implement new technology to improve processes.
- People-oriented with the ability to create a safe, goal-oriented, and innovative work environment.
- Motivated and have a passion for environmental projects.
- Systematic and flexible regarding work tasks.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
