National Health and Safety Specialist About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled National Health and Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oslo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our QSHE standard. Your Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a special focus on food safety and workplace health and safety. * Perform internal and supplier audits to ensure adherence to our standards. * Support risk management and the implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize risks. * Monitor compliance with legal requirements and certified standards. * Collaborate with the Health and Safety and Food Safety organizations to ensure a cohesive approach to safety and compliance. Your Skills and Experience * A relevant degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience. * 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to logistics, energy sector, warehouse management, manufacturing, production, QSHE, or FMCG. * ISO certifications related to health, safety, and environmental management are preferred. * Strong understanding of health, safety, and/or food safety standards. * Experience in performing internal audits and supplier/customer satisfaction audits, with certification as a quality/lead auditor preferred. * Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies. * Excellent organizational and document management skills, with experience in electronic quality management systems and non-conformity management systems. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
