Team Leader Technical Projects

within our Cardiometabolic Unit located in Oslo, Norway. It this role you will mainly manage projects together with your project managers to ensure tasks are performed and documented in accordance with current guidelines and deadlines. In this role you will be reporting to the Manager Projects & Engineering.

What you`ll do

As a Team leader you will lead a highly motivated team of Project managers and Project Engineers. You will also be leading various technical projects. The team does improvements of existing production equipment but are also responsible for implementing new automated assembly lines. There are many interesting and challenging projects in the pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / chemistry / biochemistry / process technology and 5-8 years’ relevant experience, or

Master’s degree in mechanical / chemistry / biochemistry / process technology and 3-5 years’ relevant experience

Experience with GMP

Experience in validating processes, equipment and methods

Experience from development projects

Knowledge / experience in writing protocols and reports etc.
