About the Role

  • As a Solutions Consultant Team Lead at Workday Denmark ApS, you will lead an exceptional team of solution consultants in delivering outstanding, differentiated demos. You will partner with sales to evaluate and develop sales strategies for new opportunities that meet and exceed prospect and customer expectations.
  • You will be responsible for hiring and retaining top performers, building development plans for team members, and coaching the team to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Work with extended team members to ensure opportunity alignment, balancing the workload of the Solution Consultant team while aligning to sales needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and methodologies, including new technologies at Workday, providing strategic feedback to stakeholders and extended teams.
  • Establish a strong collaborative partnership between the Presales team and sales organization, as well as EMEA teams.

About You

  • Proven experience as a presales solution consultant with a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrable results in leading projects, working groups, or opportunity teams.
  • A high level of accountability in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills to C-level audiences.
  • Ability to work with multiple collaborators and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and targets.
  • Experience in mentoring coworkers and collaborating with teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of solution consultants or presales teams.
  • 3+ years of managing teams.
