You will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale warehouse management system (WMS) and supply chain transformation programs, with a specific focus on Manhattan Active solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, develop comprehensive program plans, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Your consultative approach, attention to detail, and strong governance skills will be essential in driving program success and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Tasks
  • Program Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of WMS and supply chain programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop and manage detailed program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance on WMS and supply chain solutions, particularly with Manhattan Active systems.
  • Warehouse Management Systems Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of WMS, especially Manhattan Active, to design, implement, and optimize warehouse management processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Drive supply chain optimization initiatives, focusing on inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics operations to improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Consultative Approach: Utilize a consultative approach to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build consensus on program objectives and deliverables.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain strong program governance frameworks, including regular status reporting, issue resolution, change management, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration of WMS solutions and alignment with overall business strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery. Proactively manage program risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving innovation in WMS and supply chain practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and measure program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction metrics, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • WMS Expertise: Extensive experience with Warehouse Management Systems, particularly Manhattan Active solutions, and a deep understanding of WMS implementation and optimization best practices.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong background in supply chain management, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and distribution.
  • Program Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale programs, with a focus on WMS and supply chain transformations, from initiation through to implementation and delivery.
  • Consultative Approach: Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide strategic guidance on complex programs.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure program deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Governance and Compliance: In-depth experience in establishing and maintaining program governance frameworks, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and change control.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and provide strategic insights.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
