- Facilitate and ensure collaboration within the project team, which comprises colleagues from various IT units and business departments, all working towards the common goal of delivering valuable results.
- Engage with and serve as a partner to internal customers, project owners, and key stakeholders, striving to achieve high customer satisfaction by managing expectations, addressing customer feedback, and maximizing the business value provided by the project.

- Strong communication skills and a talent for building network and trusted relationships - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and uncertainties, while keeping the project on track.
- A keen interest in green and renewable energy, information technology, and curiosity about people and their motivations.
- Fluency in both English and Norwegian.
- Experience with agile IT project management methods (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe), software tools, methodologies, and best practices in this field.
- Certifications in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) can be a plus.
