DINE OPPGAVER
Organisering og ledelse av lokomotivvedlikeholdsenheten i samsvar med regelverket for flåtevedlikeholdsstyringsfunksjonen og vedlikeholdsleveringsfunksjonen (EU) 2019/779, vedlegg II, seksjon III og IV Ansvarlig for lokomotivvedlikehold for vedlikeholdsordrene til SRS LOC Utvikling av organisasjons- og prosessstrukturen på tjenestestedene i henhold til ISO9001 & ECM krav Utvikling av nye vedlikeholdssteder Målrettet handling i henhold til styrings- og prosessmanualen, miljøstyringssystemet og relevante retningslinjer for virksomheten i forhold til vedlikeholdssteder Disiplinær og teknisk ledelse av ansatte i lokomotivvedlikehold, på ulike vedlikeholdssteder og de mobile teamene Planlegge og sikre nødvendig mengde og kvalitet på personell og materiell Budsjettplanlegging, overvåking og ansvar samt risikostyring Registrering og transparent rapportering av nøkkeltall til overordnet Koordinering mellom avtaleparter, myndigheter og andre Stadler vedlikeholdssteder Kontraktsmessig og kommersielt grensesnitt for eksterne parter (kunde, leverandører, ) Fastsette og sette i gang egnede tiltak ved avvik fra angitte nøkkeltall Prosessovervåking, sikre arbeidsforberedelse og kapasitetsplanlegging Sikre riktig utførelse av vedlikehold inkludert garantitiltak ECM III / Fleet Management Sikre konstante, jevne og tidsriktige kommersielle prosesser på LOC-landsnivå Oppsette Kontraktsstyring på LOC-landsnivå Sikre åpenhet mellom LOC Country og sentral organisasjon Støtte til sentral skadehåndtering
DIN PROFIL
Utdanning og erfaring: Bachelor- eller mastergrad i Business Administration, Engineering, Business Engineering eller tilsvarende tittel Dokumentert erfaring fra en lederrolle, fortrinnsvis innen jernbanebransjen Dokumentert erfaring innen strategisk planlegging og operasjonell ledelse.Ferdigheter: Sterke lederegenskaper og teamledelsesevner Utmerkede kommunikasjons- og mellommenneskelige evner Flytende i norsk og engelsk, eventuelt tilleggsspråk er en fordel Kompetanse innen prosjektledelse og organisatoriske ferdigheter Evne til å analysere og tolke data for informert beslutningstaking

OM ROLLEN
Vi søker en dedikert kollega til å overta det strategiske og operative ansvaret for lokomotivvedlike-hold i Norge og Sverige. Rollen inkluderer å lede verkstednettverket for å sikre kvalitativ og kvantita-tiv vekst av den lokale lokomotivvedlikeholdsorganisasjonen. I tillegg vil du være ansvarlig for å etablere og stabilisere den kommersielle strukturen og sikre forsvarlig kontraktstyring.
