E-commerce Manager, Norge

Som vår E-commerce Manager, vil du som del av et erfarent team ha ansvaret for alle e-handelsprosesser hos TD SYNNEX ved å implementere og støtte systemer som fremmer automatiserte og selvbetjente forretningsløsninger for vår kunder og partnere.

Et erfarent og sterkt nordisk team

Du vil være en del av et sterkt nordisk team og ha nært samarbeid med de andre E-commerce Managere i Sverige, Danmark og Finland. Ditt hovedfokus vil være å støtte den norske organisasjonen og du vil få en stor berøringsflate i organisasjonen.

Du blir en del av et team med mange års erfaringer, hvor vi hjelper hverandre som et nordisk team, hvilket betyr at vi samarbeider tett i det daglige, også med forretningen og kundene.

Dine oppgaver:

Kundestøtte: Hjelpe med opplæring, opprettelse og vedlikehold av kunder, samt håndtere ikke-e-handelsoppgaver som D-note-tilpasning.

Prosjekter: Ledelse og deltakelse i lokale og sentrale prosjekter, støtte nye initiativer og utvikling på tvers av alle e-handelsplattformer.

Generell støtte: Backup for dine e-handelskollegaer i de andre nordiske landene, gi daglig assistanse for e-handelsplattformen, fremme bruk av elektronisk salg og levere opplæring for TD SYNNEXs e-handelsverktøy.

EDI/XML-håndtering/datapakker: Sette opp og vedlikeholde nye tilkoblinger, feilsøke problemer og eskalere til EDI-teamet ved behov. Håndtere lokale og sentrale prosjekter.

InTouch-plattformen (vår e-handelsplattform): Administrere brukere (oppretting, pålogging, oppdateringer, sletting) og gi opplæring og støtte for interne og eksterne brukere. Administrere oversettelser, mikrosider, innhold og løse problemer. Teste og forbedre nye funksjoner.

Vi ser etter:

Erfaring med e-handelsplattformer, EDI/XML, datapakker og SAP.

Flytende i norsk og engelsk.

Sterke organisatoriske, analytiske og kommunikasjonsevner.

Evne til å håndtere flere oppgaver og gi proaktiv kundestøtte.

Relevant erfaring eller kvalifikasjoner.
