- Relevant degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also qualify.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to logistics, energy sector, warehouse management, manufacturing, production, QSHE, or FMCG.
- ISO certifications related to health, safety, and environmental management are preferred.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and/or food safety standards are preferred.
- Experience in performing internal audits and supplier/customer satisfaction audits. Certification as quality/lead auditor is preferred .
- Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent organizational and document management skills. Experience with electronic quality management systems
and non-conformity management system is required. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
