To tredjedeler av vår produksjon av primæraluminium er basert på fornybar energi.

Om jobben og teamet

Hydro Aluminium Metall har lang erfaring, og kan vise til gode resultater fra arbeidet med kontinuerlige forbedring. Vi har et velutviklet konsept gjennom Aluminium Metal Business System (AMBS), som henter inspirasjon fra Lean Manufacturing og Six Sigma.

Vårt forbedringsarbeid er organisert gjennom et sentralt AMBS team ved hovedkontoret i Oslo med forbedringsteam tilknyttet de ulike fabrikkene. Det sentrale teamet støtter forbedringsarbeidet på fabrikkene og rådgir forretningsområdets ledelse.

Vi søker nå en Improvement Manager for å styrke det sentrale teamet.

  • Lede arbeidet med kontinuerlig forbedring gjennom bruk og videreutvikling av AMBS
  • Utvikle standardene og prosessene i forretningssystemet
  • Veilede og støtte ledere og stab på fabrikkene i forbedringsarbeidet
  • Bidra i forretningsområdets internasjonale faglige nettverk
  • Utvikle kompetansen til ledere og ansatte i fabrikkene på kontinuerlig forbedringsprosesser og teknikker
  • Bidra i fabrikkenes organisasjons og lederutvikling

Dine kvalifikasjoner
  • Utdanning på masternivå innen relevant studieretning
  • Ledererfaring fra industri vil være en fordel, men ingen forutsetning.
  • Det er en stor fordel om du har erfaring fra å lede og fasilitere kontinuerlig forbedringsprosesser.
  • En interesse og erfaring fra automatisering og/eller digitalisering er ønskelig.
  • Flytende i engelsk og et skandinavisk språk.
