Commercial Country Manager

At Boozt, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Country Manager to lead our Norwegian market. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing P&L, and improving commercial KPIs for the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local commercial strategies to meet revenue targets and improve P&L
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform commercial decisions
  • Manage and optimize local P&L, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of commercially focused experience in a similar role
  • Strong business and commercial mindset, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving commercial KPIs
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
