About the Role

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving net revenue management excellence across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for optimizing consumer goods business performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in revenue growth management, commercial strategy, and market strategy & planning. They will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and in-depth knowledge of key NRM concepts.

This leadership position demands a pioneer mindset, with the ability to drive organizational behavioral change and implement new processes and playbooks. The successful candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive NRM culture and capability roadmap for the consumer goods business unit
  • Lead capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy, to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Own the business unit's suite of NRM playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date, aligned, and adopted
  • Drive the implementation of new ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams
  • Assess NRM maturity across geographies, measure progress, and communicate results
  • Benchmark and up-skill to stay at the forefront of best-in-class processes
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on commercial or strategic business roles
  • Proven experience in revenue growth management, commercial strategy, and market strategy & planning
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in matrix organizations
  • In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts, including brand portfolio pricing and mix management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional development.
