Net Revenue Management Excellence Director

About the Role
As the NRM Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving the Net Revenue Management (NRM) culture and capability of our Consumer Goods business across diverse markets in Europe.
You will be responsible for developing and driving the NRM culture and capability roadmap for a business unit, in close collaboration with key regional stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement NRM playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date, aligned, and adopted across the business unit.
- Lead capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy, developing content, delivering training, and managing relationships with external partners.
- Own the business unit's suite of NRM tools, ensuring they are effective and efficient in driving revenue growth.
- Drive the implementation of the business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams, monitoring and reporting activities across geographies.
- Assess NRM maturity across geographies, measuring and communicating progress, celebrating and leveraging success.
- Stay at the forefront of best-in-class processes across NRM pillars, bringing external expertise into the business unit's way of working.
- Create a new access point or online hub for NRM resources.
- Be an influential part of Essity's NRM community, defining and implementing benchmarking methods to measure NRM maturity versus peers.
What You Need:
- Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles.
- Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a structured ability to stay in control of large complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working and achieving results in a matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse and international teams.
- In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts, including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment.
- Pioneering and entrepreneurial behaviors, with the ability to deliver organizational behavioral change.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to travel 20-30% per month.
