Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager to join our Consumer Goods team in EMEA. As the NRM Excellence Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth across diverse markets in Europe.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing NRM strategies, building capabilities, and driving process improvements. Your main focus will be on optimizing our NRM culture and capability roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive NRM culture & capability roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA
  • Lead BU-wide capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy
  • Owning business unit's suite of NRM playbooks ensuring they are always up-to-date, aligned, and adopted
  • Drive implementation of business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams
  • Assess NRM maturity across geographies and communicate progress
  • Keep benchmarking and up-skilling to stay at the forefront of best-in-class processes
  • Create a new access point / online hub for NRM resources
  • Be an influential part of Essity's NRM community
  • Define & implement method for benchmarking Essity's NRM maturity vs peers

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles
  • Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P)
  • Exceptional organizational skills: structured ability to stay in control of large complex projects
  • Excellent collaboration skills: experience from working and achieving results in a matrix organization
  • In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment
  • Driven to deliver organizational behavioral change
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to travel 20-30% per month
