About the Role
As a Net Revenue Growth Optimization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing business processes across diverse markets in Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for our Consumer Goods business, leveraging your expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Net Revenue Management (NRM).
You will report to the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Commercial Excellence Team members, Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, external consultants, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors. Together, you will lead our NRM culture and capability journey, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional organizational skills, a structured ability to manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. You must also possess excellent collaboration skills, experience working in a matrix organization, and the ability to drive results across diverse and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for the Consumer Goods business, aligned with our company's vision and goals.
- Lead BU-wide capability-building projects, such as developing content, delivering training, and managing relationships with expert external partners.
- Own the suite of NRM playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date, aligned, and adopted by the business unit.
- Drive the implementation of business unit ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams, monitoring and reporting activities across geographies.
- Assess NRM maturity across geographies, measuring and communicating progress, celebrating successes, and leveraging best practices.
- Benchmark and up-skill to stay at the forefront of best-in-class processes across NRM pillars, bringing external expertise into our business unit's way of working.
- Create a new access point or online hub for NRM resources.
- Be an influential part of Essity's NRM community, defining and implementing methods to benchmark our NRM maturity versus peers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within FMCG industry, preferably in commercial or strategic business roles.
- Proven experience in RGM/NRM/Commercial Strategy/MS&P within FMCG/CSP or Management Consulting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and stay in control of details.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in a matrix organization and driving results across diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts, including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment.
- Ability to pioneer new ways of working within Essity, driven to deliver organizational behavioral change.
- Experience leading with personal influence, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Practical, supportive, and principled, with the ability to collaboratively problem-solve and break barriers to execution.
- Engaging and positive, with a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to travel 20-30% per month.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance-related bonuses.
