About the Role

As a key member of the Essity team, you will play a crucial role in driving the Net Revenue Management (NRM) culture and capability across the Consumer Goods business in Europe. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement the NRM culture and capability roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA, enhancing the processes for identifying NRM opportunities, setting strategies, executing, and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the NRM culture & capability roadmap for a business unit, in collaboration with key regional stakeholders.
  • Lead BU-wide capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy, developing content, delivering training, and managing relationships with expert external partners.
  • Own business unit's suite of NRM playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date, aligned, and adopted.
  • Drive the implementation of the business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams, monitoring and reporting activities across geographies.
  • Lead the assessment of NRM maturity across geographies, measuring and communicating progress, celebrating and leveraging success.
  • Keep benchmarking and up-skilling to be at the forefront of best-in-class processes across NRM pillars, bringing external expertise into business unit's way of working.
  • Create a new access point / online hub for NRM resources.
  • Be an influential, leading part of Essity's NRM community.
  • Define & implement the method by which Essity benchmarks its NRM maturity versus its peers.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles.
  • Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a structured ability to stay in control of the detail of large complex projects involving multiple internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience from working and achieving results in a matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse and international teams.
  • In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts, including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment.
  • Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity, driven to deliver organizational behavioral change.
  • Have experience in leading with personal influence, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Practical, supportive & principled, with the ability to collaboratively problem solve and break barriers to execution of new processes and playbooks.
  • Engaging and positive, a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% per month.
