Om jobbet
  • Vi søker etter deg som har relevant erfaring fra mellomstore til store industrielle investerings- og byggeprosjekter.
  • Du vil være ansvarlig for å lede estimeringsprosessen og utarbeide kostnadsestimater i henhold til Hydro's Capital Value Process (CVP).
  • Du vil også være involvert i kost/risk analyser, gjennomgå og risikovurdere estimater for ulike faser av et prosjekt, og støtte og rådgi prosjektledelsen.
  • Du vil være en del av et tverrfaglig og mangfoldig team som samarbeider tett med forretningen.
Om deg
  • Du må være faglig dyktig og ha erfaring med å estimere investeringsprosjekter.
  • Du må ha sterke samarbeids- og kommunikasjonsferdigheter, og motiveres av å være en del av et team som jobber mot felles mål.
  • Du må være nysgjerrig på å forstå det større bildet og finne gode løsninger.
Kvalifikasjoner
  • Universitetsgrad innen teknisk, økonomisk eller IKT-relevant fagområde er ønskelig, men erfaring kan kompensere for mangel på høyere utdanning.
  • Erfaring med ulike estimeringsmetoder er en fordel.
  • Gjerne erfaring med bruk av Omega365 og interesse for systemer og digital utvikling.
  • Beherske skriftlig og muntlig engelsk, og ha gode ferdigheter i norsk eller annet skandinavisk språk.
