About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and structured Manager - Tender & Grants to join our Commercial Development team. In this role, you'll develop strategies and processes for our eMobility tenders and public grants opportunities, working closely with our business units in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tender strategies aligned with eMobility and Circle K goals
  • Maintain a comprehensive roadmap of European tenders to optimize participation through cross-functional communication
  • Identify and leverage European public funding opportunities
  • Support Circle K business units by providing tools and guidance for navigating local eMobility tenders
  • Standardize tender processes to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct in-depth business case analyses for both new ventures and existing operations
  • Stay updated on eMobility market trends and collaborate with internal departments to align product offerings with market demands
  • Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across business units
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, commercial development, consultancy, tender management, or similar roles
  • Experience across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on familiarity with the international eMobility landscape
  • Strong business acumen, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in developing and operationalizing strategic initiatives
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and project management
