Erithy, previously known as Be Better Contractors, specializes in the design and construction of sustainable subsea infrastructure globally.

We deliver consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, high voltage cables, biogas and hydrogen, as well as civil engineering services and project administration.

Created in 2017, Erithy has grown into a consultancy team made up of various profiles from Europe, South America and the Middle East, working on projects across Norway.

We are now looking for Quality Process & System Manager for one of our customers based in Oslo.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and maintain the Management System architecture and mapping.
  • Define governing procedures and documents in coordination with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Organize workshops to promote process harmonization and simplification.
  • Oversee project schedule, track KPIs, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Coordinate with third-party certification bodies for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits, including preparation, scheduling, and planning.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional, mission-based teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Work closely with Quality Management teams, Process Owners, and Sub-Process Owners.
  • Travel to Paris as required (50%).
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills in an international setting.
  • Experience in industrial and project-based businesses.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Master's degree (MSc, MBA, or equivalent) in a relevant field.
