Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Process & System Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our client's quality initiative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience from project and industrial business environments, solid project management skills, and excellent communication skills in English. French language skills are a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the Management System architecture and mapping.
  2. Collaborate with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to define governing procedures and documents.
  3. Organize workshops to promote harmonization and simplification.
  4. Manage schedule, KPIs, and reporting, escalating issues as needed.
  5. Coordinate with third-party certifications for audit planning and execution.
  6. Support internal audit coordination when necessary.
