Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:

  • Relevant høyere utdanning innen helse, sikkerhet, miljøledelse eller ingeniørfag
  • God kunnskap om relevante lover, forskrifter og standarder innen HMSK
  • Evne til å lede og motivere hele organisasjonen, samt drive endringsprosesser

Arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Utvikle og implementere policyer, prosedyrer og systemer for HMSK i samsvar med lover, standarder og interne krav
  • Overvåke, analysere og rapportere HMSK-ytelse, inkludert risikovurdering og implementering av tiltak
  • Ledelse av interne og eksterne revisjoner for kontinuerlig forbedring og etterlevelse av HMSK-standarder
  • Planlegge og gjennomføre opplæringsprogrammer for å øke bevisstheten om HMSK blant ansatte
  • Etterforske avvik og ulykker, og implementere korrigerende tiltak for å forhindre gjentakelse
  • Samarbeide med kunder, leverandører og myndigheter for å sikre overholdelse av HMSK-krav

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:

  • Solid erfaring med utvikling, implementering og ledelse av HMSK-systemer og prosesser
  • Relevant høyere utdanning innen helse, sikkerhet, miljøledelse eller ingeniørfag
  • God kunnskap om relevante lover, forskrifter og standarder innen HMSK
  • Erfaring med risikovurdering og implementering av tiltak innen HMSK
  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
  • Evne til å lede og motivere hele organisasjonen, samt drive endringsprosesser
