Bergen, Vestland, Norway Lace Lithography Full time

At Lace Lithography, we're scaling up our team and looking for a passionate and sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us—either in Bergen or Barcelona. In our company we build chip lithography technology that will enable the next 100 years of chip manufacturing. Founded in 2023, we're based in Bergen (Norway) and Barcelona (Spain), and backed by some of the world's most ambitious investors.

About the Role:

This isn't your average recruiter gig. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our hiring efforts—leading the charge to find, attract, and hire brilliant minds across physics, engineering, and operations. You'll work closely with the COO, collaborate across teams, and play a critical role in building the company from the inside out.

You'll be our first dedicated TA hire, and you'll have full ownership—from hiring strategy to execution. We use Teamtailor to keep things flowing, but what really matters is your drive, curiosity, and ability to sell the dream to the kind of minds that shape the future.

What you'll do:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate closely with highly technical engineers and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements.
  • Be a trusted voice to technical teams, helping shape job specs, interview plans, and closing strategies.
  • Constantly refresh the funnel by identifying and connecting with top talents through sourcing, outreach, events, referrals, and creative campaigns.
  • Run screenings and coordinate interviews that are fast, thoughtful, and genuine.
  • Pitch our mission and share each role with energy and authenticity.
  • Drive employer branding efforts to keep Lace top of mind for world-class talent.
  • Track the right metrics and manage our process using Teamtailor.
  • Help us build a fast, fair, and scalable hiring engine from scratch.

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting.
  • You've hired deep tech, hardware, or semiconductor engineers - and you speak their language.
  • You're confident and credible with highly technical people, and know how to ask smart questions to get clarity.
  • You're a storyteller and you can communicate the dream and hook top-tier talent.
  • You're always refreshing the pipeline, experimenting, and staying ahead of the curve.
  • You're organized, self-sufficient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You care deeply about candidate experience - from first message to offer.
  • You speak fluent English (bonus if you also speak Spanish or Norwegian).
  • You're based in (or open to relocating to) Bergen or Barcelona.

Our team here at Lace:

…consists of amazing people who've joined us from all over the world, driven by intense curiosity, the urge for exploration, and a desire to push the limits of physics. We promise to offer you a place among highly motivated Lacers, present you with extremely difficult problems—and have a lot of fun solving them.

Workplace & culture:

Lace operates out of two beautiful, vibrant, and strong-willed cities. Although we are cities apart, we strive to make the team feel as one.

We don't define values—but we have one universal expectation:

Be the best team player you can be.

Perks and Benefits:

Part of the team, part of the company:

Competitive salary + equity through our incentive plan.

Feel-good perks:

€50 monthly gym allowance, weekly team lunches, monthly social events, and annual off-site with the whole team.

Personal Development:

Quarterly development goals with your manager and your own budget to learn and grow.

No journey without travelling:

We support relocation and immigration to make joining Lace as smooth as possible.
