Oslo, Oslo County, Norway Mittanbud Marketplaces Full time

Mittanbud is Norway's leading marketplace for home services, helping consumers navigate thousands of businesses and select and contract with the best service provider for them.

The platform connects customers with craftsmen in a wide range of categories, ranging from large house remodelling and renovation projects to smaller home improvement services. On the other side we help craftsmen and other small and medium sized businesses to get customers and grow their business. In Norway alone, around 300 000 projects go through our platform every year.

Mittanbud has now established a clear ambition to grow internationally, starting with the Nordics. The Mittanbud platform is currently used in Finland (remppatori.fi), in Sweden (servicefinder.se) and in Denmark (3byggetilbud.dk). 3byggetilbud.dk is the #1 craftsman marketplace player in Denmark.

The core mission is to grow our marketplaces in all Nordic markets, as well as expanding our product along the user and customer journeys to create more value for both businesses and consumers. The product manager (PM) role will be key to deliver on this mission. As a PM you will be responsible for identifying and leading product development initiatives, working across the Nordic countries, collaborating with multiple teams.

Degree of responsibility will vary depending on background and experience of individual candidates, but at the core, as a PM in Mittanbud you will be responsible to/for:

  • Understand user and customer needs through research, analytics, and experimentation — developing hypotheses and testing solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives by balancing discovery and delivery to maximize value creation.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers and developers to develop, test, and scale product solutions.
  • Measure impact continuously through qualitative and quantitative methods, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve.
  • Challenge and refine KPIs to track success effectively.
  • Contribute to product strategy and business growth by shaping our roadmap across Nordic markets.
  • Be part of the Nordic product leadership team, collaborating across borders to drive international expansion.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 2-5+ years of experience in digital product management, or related fields of work.
  • Understand and appreciate agile development and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Are analytically strong, comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Excel at collaborating across functions—from engineering to marketing and senior leadership.
  • Communicate effectively and can align stakeholders.
  • Thrive on creating user impact and solving complex problems.
  • Can motivate and coach others to succeed.
  • Have a growth mindset — embrace challenges, seek feedback, and proactively drive change.
  • Hold an academic degree in product development, design, engineering, business, innovation, or a related field.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian

At Mittanbud, we take pride in our action-oriented culture. You'll join a high-impact team that's driving international expansion, with the opportunity to make a real difference.

We offer:

  • A high-impact role where you shape the future of Nordic marketplaces.
  • Competitive compensation with benefits.
  • A company with clear international growth ambitions.
  • A varied and dynamic workday with significant ownership.
  • A young, informal, and energetic workplace in Tøyen, Oslo.

Ready to build the next generation of home service marketplaces? Apply now and join us on our journey to scale across the Nordics
