Ansvarsområder

  1. Utvikling og design: Du vil være med å designe og sette opp maskinlæringsløsninger med en event-drevet tilnærming. Ved å integrere meldingstjenester som Kafka og Pub/Sub, skaper vi en robust arkitektur som sikrer sanntids dataflyt og rask respons.

  2. Deep Learning: Du jobber med avanserte teknikker innen deep learning. Dette innebærer modelltrening, evaluering og implementering av state-of-the-art modeller for å løse komplekse problemer.

  3. LLM, RAG og agenter: Vil du være med å utforske LLM-teknologi, eksperimentere med RAG og utvikle intelligente agenter? Her får du muligheten til å kombinere store språkmodeller med dynamiske søkestrategier for å skape innovative løsninger.

  4. ML-Ops: Du vil være med å sette opp og optimalisere ML-Ops pipelines. Dette innebærer utvikling av løsninger for kontinuerlig integrasjon, distribusjon og overvåkning av maskinlæringsmodeller, slik at vi sikrer stabil drift i produksjon.

  5. Datahåndtering og modellering: Du håndterer og modellerer data for å forberede det til maskinlæringsløsninger. Dette inkluderer datainnsamling, preprocessing og transformasjon for å sikre høy kvalitet og relevans i datasettene.

Kvalifikasjoner

  1. Høyere utdanning innen IT, datateknologi, maskinlæring eller beslektede fagområder.

  2. Minimum to års relevant arbeidserfaring med utvikling og implementering av maskinlæringsløsninger.

  3. Sterk programmeringskompetanse, spesielt i Python, samt erfaring med rammeverk som TensorFlow, PyTorch eller lignende.

  4. Erfaring med ML-Ops-verktøy og produksjonsklare ML-løsninger.

  5. Kjennskap til LLM, RAG og agenter er en fordel.

  6. Erfaring med datahåndtering, datamodellering og arbeid med store datasett.

  7. Norsk, minimum B2 nivå.

  1. Du er nysgjerrig, innovativ og lærevillig.

  2. Du evner å arbeide selvstendig, men trives også i tverrfaglige team.

  3. Du har en sterk analytisk evne og er en naturlig problemløser.

  4. Du kommuniserer godt, både skriftlig og muntlig, og bidrar med en positiv energi.
