Vi søker nå etter vår Brand Manager, som skal lede og støtte foodoras markedsføringsinnsats på tvers av kanaler, og sikre at vår merkevare står sterkt i det norske markedet.
Stillingen er en del av markedsføringsavdelingen i foodora Norge, som har ansvar for å bygge selskapets merkevare og sikre engasjement og synlighet på tvers av både digitale og tradisjonelle kanaler. Marketing i foodora håndterer et bredt spekter av aktiviteter, inkludert digitale kampanjer, sosiale medier, lokale aktiveringer, influencer-samarbeid og BTL-markedsføring.
Stillingen rapporterer til Marketing Director i foodora Norge og samarbeider tett med regionale team for å sikre en helhetlig tilnærming og effektiv gjennomføring av markedsføringsstrategiene.
Hva du kommer til å gjøre:
- Tilpasse kampanjer og markedsføringsmateriell for å sikre lokal relevans, inkludert tekst, voice-overs og innhold for app og CRM.
- Planlegge og gjennomføre helhetlige markedsføringskampanjer som bygger merkevaren lokalt gjennom digitale kanaler og aktiveringer/stunts.
- Koordinere kampanjer i alle kanaler, med interne og eksterne parter, inkludert medie- og kreative team, for å sikre sammenheng og effektivitet fra et merkevareperspektiv.
- Bidra til å bygge merkevarebevissthet gjennom organisk og betalt innhold på digitale plattformer, spesielt SoMe.
- Overse influencer- og SoMe-strategier og sikre at de er i tråd med merkevarestrategi og ROI-mål.
- Fasilitere produksjon av branded content for plattformer som TikTok i samarbeid med regionale team.
- Måle og rapportere nøkkelmetrikker for OOH, TV, YouTube og sosiale medier.
- Håndtere budsjetter og optimalisere kampanjer for effekt og avkastning.
- Har en bachelorgrad innen markedsføring, business eller tilsvarende fagfelt.
- Har minst 3-4 års erfaring med merkevarebygging, markedsføring eller kommunikasjon.
- Har et talent for copywriting
- Har erfaring med både ATL og BTL-markedsføringsaktiviteter.
- Er godt kjent med digitale kanaler og influencer-markedsføring.
- Har sterke analytiske ferdigheter og erfaring med budsjettstyring.
- Behersker norsk og engelsk flytende, både skriftlig og muntlig.
- Er kreativ og løsningsorientert, med evne til å utvikle innovative kampanjer.
- Strukturert og detaljorientert, med evne til å håndtere flere prosjekter samtidig.
- Har gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner, og trives med å jobbe i tverrfaglige team.
- Motiveres av å bygge merkevare og skape engasjement i markedet.
