I denne rollen får du ansvar for å planlegge og gjennomføre taktiske og digitale markedskampanjer i tett samarbeid med markedssjef og eksterne byråer. Du vil spille en nøkkelrolle i Volkswagens digitale tilstedeværelse ved å sikre at kommunikasjonen treffer målgruppen på en engasjerende og relevant måte. Videre vil du være en viktig støtte for våre 70 forhandlere, og bidra til at de effektivt kan markedsføre Volkswagens produkter i tråd med merkevarestrategien. Dette innebærer blant annet å sikre at de har riktig profil- og salgsmateriell tilgjengelig, samt å utvikle innhold til våre kundedialogsprogrammer.

Ansvarsområder:- Planlegge og gjennomføre taktiske og digitale markedskampanjer i samarbeid med markedssjef.
- Styre innholdsproduksjon og publisering i sosiale medier sammen med våre byråer.
- Sikre at våre 70 forhandlere effektivt kan markedsføre Volkswagen i tråd med merkevarestrategien.
- Overvåke markedet, analysere trender og optimalisere markedsaktiviteter.
- Sørge for at forhandlerne har oppdatert profil- og salgsmateriell som styrker merkevaren.
- Erfaring fra tilsvarende funksjon eller rådgivende virksomhet og er klar for å ta større del i å eie en merkevare.
- Sterkt faglig fundament og fokus på å hele tiden utvikle deg innenfor faget.
- Erfaring med sterke merkevarer - enten som annonsør eller rådgiver.
- Håndtert markedsføringsbudsjetter og ansvar for marketing og promotering på tvers av plattformer og kanaler.
- Strategisk og operativ evne, og forståelse til å kunne definere og kommunisere en merkevare.
- Sterk formidlingsevne og evne til å begeistre teamet rundt deg.
- Du er fleksibel og lite selvhøytidelig.
- Du er nysgjerrig av karakter; Både på produktene våre som blir stadig mer komplekse, og på kundene våre som blir en stadig mer sammensatt gruppe.
