Our Campaign Specialist Loyalty is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns related to our loyalty program, Norwegian Reward, with a special focus on our partner campaigns. This role requires expertise in customer and member behavior, data analysis, and content creation to effectively develop and manage partner campaigns within Norwegian Reward.

You are our ideal candidate if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • You have experience in campaign management and creating content for B2C organizations and brands.
  • You have previous experience from loyalty programs. It is desired but not required.
  • You are proficient with Office programs and have preferably skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience from working with cross-functional teams.
  • You have attention to detail and are able to maintain quality throughout the campaign process and resolve problems quickly before they escalate.
  • You have experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, CRM tools, and campaign automation processes.
  • You have strong commercial sense and good understanding of customer needs.
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • You are proficient in Norwegian and English - written and oral.
  • We encourage recent graduates with a relevant academic profile to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign planning: Plan loyalty campaigns throughout the year together with loyalty partners, and Partner Manager and Loyalty Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign execution: Coordinate content for campaigns including image sourcing and resizing, copy editing, and organization of translations and proofreading. Upload campaigns to CMS systems and QA of content. Analyze and select member segments and personalize campaign content to the various member groups or tiers.
  • Campaign performance analysis: Evaluate and report on campaign performance with CRM/Analytics team and discuss with stakeholders how to improve performance of future campaigns. Report on key results and findings to the rest of the loyalty team.
  • Partner campaign management: Maintain regular contact with loyalty partners to plan and execute campaigns, including sourcing partner offers, preparing customer-facing content, and implementing campaigns together with loyalty stakeholders. Share insights and best practices with our partners to drive successful collaborations and campaign performance.
  • Onboarding new Partners: Assist in integrating new partners into the loyalty program, including creating partner pages, planning introductory messages for members, setting up promotional content, and ensuring seamless integration with Norwegian Reward's digital channels.
  • Partner content Reward: Responsible for sourcing content and keeping partner pages and other partner content across different channels in Norwegian Reward up to date.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work together with other key internal stakeholders to prepare, execute and evaluate partner campaigns.
