dentsu is looking for an exceptional Head of Research who can bridge the gap between insight and action, turning cutting-edge research into market-driven products, services, and strategic solutions that fuel growth.

In this role, you will own and develop our research offering, ensuring that insights are not just informative but directly drive business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our clients. You will be responsible for commercializing research, developing innovative insight-based products, and advising both internal teams and external clients on how to unlock new market opportunities through data.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop research-driven solutions that generate measurable business value
  • Commercialize insights by creating scalable, revenue-generating research products
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends to develop new service offerings
  • Turn complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights to fuel business strategies
  • Lead high-impact research projects that support pricing, positioning, product development or marketing strategies
  • Integrate AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning into advanced research methodologies
  • Advise clients on how to leverage research for competitive advantage and growth
  • Deliver thought leadership through workshops, whitepapers, and industry events
Your Key ResponsibilitiesCommercialization of Research & Product Development
  • Develop insight-driven products and services that solve critical business challenges and open new revenue streams
  • Monetize research by packaging insights into subscription models, consulting offerings, or self-service analytics tools
  • Collaborate with other teams internally to position research products for maximum market impact
  • Identify opportunities where research can fuel product innovation and competitive difference
  • Design go-to-market strategies for research-based services that align with evolving customer needs
Advanced Research & Business Impact
  • Conduct advanced research methodologies like conjoint analysis, MaxDiff analysis, and segmentation modeling
  • Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Develop proprietary models and frameworks for strategic decision-making and predictive analytics
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align insights with go-to-market strategies
Client Advisory & Growth Strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them leverage research for business transformation
  • Build business cases demonstrating the ROI of insight-driven decision-making
  • Partner with clients to identify high value opportunities
  • Develop bespoke research frameworks tailored to business objectives and industry-specific challenges
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercializing research, developing products, and driving revenue growth
  • Expertise in advanced research methodologies (conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, segmentation, etc.)
  • Strategic business acumen – ability to link insights directly to commercial success
  • Track record in creating research-based services or products that scale in market
  • Strong ability to translate data into compelling business stories and influence decision-makers
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and strategy
