About the Role

The Customer Success team is a highly collaborative, fast-paced and evolving group responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with EcoOnline's Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. We move quickly and experiment with new strategies, all while keeping the ultimate focus on our customers' success. We engage with end-users and stakeholders alike to ensure our customers love, adopt and grow with EcoOnline. Our vision is to make our customers' environments safer in order to thrive. Key Responsibilities:

The Renewals Manager holds responsibility for accelerating revenue and profitability from low engagement, SMB customer accounts, utilising tech touch methodologies to understand and support the clients' strategy and challenges.

Managing relationships with Tier 3 customers to:

  1. Effectively understand the business and strategy to provide robust account plans
  2. Identify key stakeholders and manage their requirements
  3. Provide regular data insight and reporting
  4. Manage the customer life cycle (Onboarding, maintenance, development and renewal)
  5. Deliver the optimum customer success management service
  6. Identify upsell opportunities through the customer care call process and independently convert into upsell opportunities.
  7. Independently formulate ideas and solutions for customer issues whilst driving revenue opportunities
  8. Ensure customer success procedures are followed, keeping the CRM system up to date.
  9. Ensure that systems are kept up to date to ensure an efficient billing cycle and reduction of invoices.
  10. Liaise with Marketing and provide support on campaigns.

Management of assigned accounts, to include:

  1. Be accountable for managing contracts and renewals
  2. Finance inquiries/invoicing escalation
  3. PO Escalation (where applicable)
  4. Cross Sell

What we're looking for:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a SaaS environment.
  2. Strong Account Management experience within a SaaS business (2+ years).
  3. Consultative solution selling experience.
  4. Highly competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, O365, Salesforce CRM).
  5. Excellent influencing abilities/people management skills.
  6. All experience and education considered. Proven track record in a similar role.
  7. Proven ability to build and develop interpersonal relationships externally and internally.

Nice to have:

  1. Experience in the field of environment, health and safety and quality at work.
  2. Experience within property management and governance, risk and compliance.
