Stillingen: Operations ManagerCritical FacilityI takt med en betydelig ekspansjon søker Bulk Infrastructure nå etter en Operations Manager Critical Facility for Bulk Data Center´s N01 Campus i Vennesla. Dette er en nyopprettet stilling, som gir deg en unik mulighet til å være med å forme rollen og sette ditt preg på hvordan Bulk forvalter vår kritiske infrastruktur.
Som Operations Manager Critical Facility vil du spille en nøkkelrolle i å opprettholde og videreutvikle kvaliteten på Bulks datasentertjenester gjennom effektiv styring av kritiske systemer.
Ansvarsområder:
- Driftsledelse: Overvåke og sikre effektiv drift av kritiske systemer som strømforsyning, kjøling og brannvern. Implementere vedlikeholdsstrategier og koordinere med leverandører for å sikre standarder og effektivitet.
- Samsvar og sikkerhet: Overholde alle relevante bransjestandarder og forskrifter, utføre sikkerhetsrevisjoner, og støtte i revisjonsprosesser.
- Beredskap: Ansvarlig for å håndtere tekniske nødsituasjoner og koordinere hurtige responsstrategier for å minimere driftsavbrudd.
- Budsjett og rapportering: Administrere driftsbudsjettet, rapportere om nøkkelindikatorer for ytelse og effektivitet, og utføre analyser for kontinuerlig forbedring.
Vi ser etter en strukturert og løsningsorientert operativ leder med solid teknisk bakgrunn og analytiske ferdigheter. Vi tror du liker å håndtere komplekse utfordringer og verdsetter viktigheten av sikkerhet.
- Minimum 5–10 års operativ erfaring med ledelse av kritiske anlegg, helst fra datasentre eller annen teknisk krevende industri.
- Dokumentert erfaring med elektriske og mekaniske systemer, inkludert HVAC, brannslukningssystemer og Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Høyere utdanning innen ingeniørfag eller relaterte fag, gjerne kombinert med tilleggsutdanning innen ledelse.
- Erfaring med IT-systemer som CMMS, BMS og SCADA.
- Erfaring med HMS.
- Kommuniserer flytende i norsk, dansk eller svensk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
