Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and delivering innovative tech strategies? As a Tech Strategist at Avidly, you will be at the forefront of technology, bridging the gap between strategy, execution, and client satisfaction. You will combine your expertise in system architecture, HubSpot integrations, and project leadership to deliver tailored solutions that align with our clients' goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a deep understanding of modern tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Tech Solution Sales
- Identify and pursue new opportunities by aligning Avidly's tech solutions with client objectives.
- Lead workshops, strategy sessions, and demos to communicate the value of Avidly's offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and forecast business impact.
- Tech Strategy Development
- Design long-term, scalable strategies that align with client business goals.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and innovations.
- Facilitate workshops to prioritize and craft solutions that deliver maximum business impact.
- Development Project Management
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Implement agile methodologies to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and maintain best practices.
- Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering insights and strategic advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by addressing client needs and providing regular updates.
- Conduct performance reviews of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in HubSpot architecture, integrations, and system design.
- Strong experience in delivering technical solutions that drive business growth.
- Proficiency in integration platforms (e.g., Make.com, Hightouch) and low-code tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on innovative solutions.
- Fluent in English; German is a benefit.
