Job PurposeThe primary objective of this role is to provide technical support and maintenance services for the daily electrical and mechanical operations within our data center.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repair of critical technical assets to ensure optimal system performance.
- Comply with internal and external training programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including modifications to the electrical wiring system.
- Monitor and track critical process services using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Process and close customer service orders in accordance with service level agreements.
- Ensure the correct and effective functioning of systems, including daily tours and inspections.
- Support and accompany subcontractors in the execution of activities, adhering to customer agreements and CBRE security and risk reduction measures.
- Identify potential risks to the intended process or occupational safety.
- Provide technical support to management in all areas.
- Completed vocational training or apprenticeship with an electrical focus, such as Electronics Technician or Electrical Engineer, with sufficient professional experience in key areas, preferably in data centers or other critical environments.
- Experience in handling refrigeration and air conditioning devices.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbally.
