We are seeking a highly proactive Service Manager to lead and manage our service technicians who provide reactive and preventative maintenance to equipment and infrastructure at customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all customer contractual work is undertaken and delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive material cost savings and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs amongst the technician population and work with the senior leader team to evolve a culture of continuous improvement.
- Be the interface with customers of main service accounts, resolving issues and delivering monthly updates on service performance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing complex operations, strong people-management experience, and an understanding of the retail fuel environment.
