About the Position


We are seeking an experienced Food Services Manager to lead our food service program, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee food service operations at assigned locations, ensuring seamless delivery of programs to meet client expectations.
  • Manage catering and hospitality needs for designated client business and/or events, providing tailored solutions to exceed client needs.
  • Partner with vendors to plan, design, and implement comprehensive culinary-based nutrition and wellness programs, promoting employee well-being and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage spend and financials related to food services programs, developing recommendations to meet client budget plans and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local safety and health requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy food service environment for clients and employees.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on client satisfaction and business operations.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand food service programs, develop new services, and enhance client experiences.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of five to ten years of progressive experience in food service/hospitality management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
