As we continue to scale up our services, the complexity of our operations grows in parallel. Therefore, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Central Operations team as a Logistics Operations Director.

Job Description

The Logistics Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of Central Operations, including managing first, middle, and last-mile logistics for both Box and Home delivery services. This role involves leading and motivating the team to achieve common goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation, continuous process improvements, and risk management.

This position requires close collaboration with other departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the Central Operations team (a team of 6)
  • Responsible for team results, including both cost and quality performance
  • Continuously identifying improvement areas and driving positive change
  • Ensuring strategies and operating practices align with Instabee's long-term objectives
  • Collaborating with other managers and departments to achieve company-wide goals
Requirements

  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English
