In addition to our HR expertise and guidance for line managers and employees, our International People department is responsible for determining policy and innovation in recruitment, reward, talent development, and metrics/analytics for our own employees. As an HR service provider, we aim to set a good example of innovative solutions internally, collaborating with business divisions to explore new approaches, products, and plans.

Responsibilities and Requirements

This HR Manager role ensures seamless service to our line managers and employees, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent, employability, and engagement combined with smooth and qualitative HR operations.

You will be part of our Norwegian management team, reporting directly to an international People Director, and working within an international matrix structure.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to local Norwegian management on various HR topics, contributing to the realization of our business objectives.
  2. Coaching the local management team in the application of all HR-related processes.
  3. Working closely with your People Specialist to guarantee the flawless implementation of SD Worx's People strategy in Norway.
  4. Developing strategic HR projects for Norway in collaboration with our corporate people department, ensuring their implementation and evaluation.
  5. Motivating and coaching your team to become self-leaders, maintaining a positive and inspiring work environment.
  6. Staying up-to-date on all HR priorities, tools, and processes for and in SD Worx Norway, continuously striving for improvement.
  7. Providing proactive advice and end-to-end support to your People Director.
  8. Ensuring the Norwegian business remains informed about all HR-related legal developments.
