We are looking for a highly skilled ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Manager to develop and lead our ESG initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulations, particularly in the industrial sectors, to ensure we operate with the highest standards of integrity while contributing positively to society and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • ESG Strategy Development & Implementation:
    • Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy aligned with industry standards, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements.
    • Set measurable ESG goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress.
    • Identify and address ESG risks and opportunities within the business, particularly related to industrial applications.
  • Environmental Stewardship:
    • Lead initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint, including carbon reduction, waste management, and energy efficiency.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate sustainability principles into software and AI solutions.
    • Implement sustainable procurement policies and partnerships with eco-conscious vendors and suppliers.
  • Social Responsibility:
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and promote inclusive practices in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with global ESG regulations, particularly Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and ESRS.
    • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to maintain transparency in reporting, ethics, and governance practices.
    • Lead ESG reporting, including preparing annual sustainability reports and disclosures for investors, clients, and other stakeholders.
About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in ESG roles, preferably within industrial or data-driven organizations.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful ESG initiatives and sustainability programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present ESG data to diverse stakeholders.
