Job Requirements
  • Develop and Implement ESG Strategies:
    • Align ESG strategy with industry standards, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements.
    • Establish measurable ESG goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress.
    • Identify and address ESG risks and opportunities within the business.
  • Environmental Leadership:
    • Lead initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate sustainability principles into software and AI solutions.
    • Implement sustainable procurement policies and partnerships.
  • Social Impact:
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with global ESG regulations.
    • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to maintain transparency in reporting.
    • Lead ESG reporting and prepare annual sustainability reports.
About Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in ESG roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful ESG initiatives and sustainability programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
