Job Summary

This role provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UNIX system administration and experience with coding, installing, upgrading, and configuring computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strong relationships with customers and technical staff to resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Conduct designated acceptance testing after replacing faulty parts and provide technical support during solution design, implementation, and testing phases.
  3. Investigate problems thoroughly, use test tools to capture logs, and communicate with customers to establish problem details.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical problems and produce system documentation for customers and support teams.
