We are now seeking a seasoned Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring seamless support from internal teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and executing retention strategies to maintain and grow customer relationships
- Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored support and solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to measure customer satisfaction and retention metrics
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze data and drive insights-based decision-making. Your experience in customer-facing roles and knowledge of commercial principles will be invaluable assets to our team.
