Purpose of the Role
The Customer Management team oversees existing accounts, focusing on growth and retention. Responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities, addressing customer issues, and expanding contacts within customer companies.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting business reviews, and guiding customers to success. The position requires working with customers from various European markets.
Responsibilities
- Commercial responsibility for assigned accounts.
- Ensure customer experience and high customer value, develop commitment, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Categorize customers for upselling and ensure our offerings meet their needs.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Increase nShift's footprint within the customer and broaden the use of our products.

- Proven commercial and business acumen.
- Experience in selling to SMB and lower mid-market companies.
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
- Ability to review, analyze, and understand contracts.
- Energetic and proactive approach, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
